Pink Rabbit

Pink Rabbit is a sophisticated cocktail bar in Portland's Pearl District, named after the indie rock song by The National. Since opening in January 2019, the venue has become known for elevated food and craft beverages served in a distinctive setting featuring geometric designs, plush blue velvet booths, and a striking neon-lit pop-art mural honoring its namesake bunny. Led by mixologist Collin Nicholas, a two-time finalist for Bombay Sapphire's Most Imaginative Bartender Award, the bar crafts hopped-up cocktails in an inviting, contemporary atmosphere. Open to both reservations and walk-ins, Pink Rabbit serves until midnight on weekdays and 2 a.m. on weekends.
