Pinky's was a sleek cocktail bar located at 1816 North Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles's Los Feliz neighborhood that closed in April 2024. The venue featured a distinctive turquoise-tiled bar with a Miami club aesthetic that brought vibrant energy to the neighborhood. Known for delicious craft cocktails including a basil-zhuzhed negroni and a tart tequila sour with yuzu, Pinky's was Los Feliz's clubbiest spot, combining dancing in a compact space with a diverse soundtrack ranging from 1990s R&B to bossa nova. The bar was founded by Beau Laughlin and Jay Milliken, who also operated the nearby restaurant Atrium.
