The venue offers creative cocktails including a signature Plat 99 Old Fashioned and the Plat 99 Punch, alongside globally inspired small plates created by Executive Chef Eli Laidlaw, sourcing seasonal ingredients from Indiana farmers and artisans. Operating with breakfast service daily 6:30–11:00 AM and cocktails/small plates Monday through Thursday 3:00–11:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 3:00 PM–midnight, Plat 99 provides inventive drinks, local beers, curated wines, and zero-proof offerings in a distinctive setting.
