Polilya, located in Poblacion, Makati, opened in 2017 as a bar and home for the local craft brewery Engkanto. The venue features a cozy mid-century tropical interior with banana-leaf wallpaper, terracotta tiles, and dark-wood furnishings that evoke a vintage Manila aesthetic. The bar is credited with launching Poblacion's now-thriving cocktail scene and serves original creations alongside signature Engkanto beers, including themed drinks like The Enchanted Eight.
