Rasputin is Florence's pioneering secret cocktail bar, hidden within the Santo Spirito neighborhood behind a red curtain marked only by a bell inscribed with its namesake. The speakeasy features a Victorian-inspired atmosphere with 1940s Italian décor tinged with St. Petersburg influences—ruby-red walls, sloping brick ceilings, antique carpets, and candlelit tables create an intimate, theatrical setting. The cocktail menu, curated by Daniele Cancellara, rotates three to four times yearly and centers on whisky, with over 500 labels from around the world representing both celebrated and lesser-known producing regions.
