Royal Institution Bar occupies a historic building in Liverpool's Ropewalks area on Colquitt Street, originally founded in 1814 as an organization promoting literature, science and the arts before receiving its royal charter in 1821. The venue consists of three intimate interconnected rooms adorned with impressive artwork, including a large flamingo installation that inspired the signature cocktail 'El Flamenco Azul.' The bar serves handcrafted cocktails, beers, wines, and bar snacks, while offering venue hire options and cocktail masterclasses.
