Saga Bar is a Chippendale cocktail lounge at 49-51 Goold Street inspired by ancient temples and adventure, with interiors resembling a lost archaeological site from Indiana Jones. The intimate space features stone-stacked walls, hanging lanterns, vines, a water feature with an illuminated buddha head, and bathrooms adorned in gold leaf and mosaics. Bar manager Quinton Seeto crafts a weekly-changing cocktail menu drawing inspiration from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, frequently featuring rum with organic herbs and premium spirits. Signature cocktails include the Garden of the Goddess and Bangkok Fresh. Hours are Wednesday–Thursday 4:00 pm–10:00 pm, Friday–Saturday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, and Sunday 3:00 pm–10:00 pm.
