Salmon Guru Dubai is an innovative Madrid-import cocktail bar housed within the iconic Opus building designed by Dame Zaha Hadid. The venue features three immersive spaces: a retro tropical bar, a bustling Asian-style market, and a vibrant neon comic world complete with glowing red paper lanterns and brass ant wall installations. Under the direction of acclaimed mixologist Diego Cabrera, every cocktail blends science and theatre, employing advanced techniques such as sous vide infusions, seawater aging, and yogurt clarifications. The bar showcases bespoke glassware, many pieces handcrafted by a local female artist, creating a multisensory experience. Located on Al Amaal Street, Salmon Guru operates daily from 5 PM to 2 AM.
