Schofield's Bar

Schofield's Bar is a distinguished cocktail venue created by bartender brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield, leveraging over 30 years of combined experience to establish their eponymous bar in Manchester. Located in Sunlight House, an Art Deco architectural landmark completed in the 1930s and formerly Manchester's tallest building, the venue embodies the golden era of cocktail culture emphasizing grand hospitality and classic drinks. The intimate space accommodates groups of six or fewer and operates mainly as a walk-in venue, accepting only a small number of reservations daily. The Schofield brothers have authored a cocktail book and produced their own dry vermouth, reflecting their deep expertise. Open Tuesday–Sunday from noon until 1:30 AM with an over-18s only policy, the venue offers wheelchair accessibility and welcomes guide dogs.
