Silverleaf is a destination cocktail bar at Pan Pacific London on Liverpool Street, designed by Tom Dixon with inspiration drawn from naturalism and organic elements. The forward-thinking menu organizes cocktails around six taste profiles—Delicate, Effervescent, Tannic, Smooth, Creamy, and Rich—emphasizing flavour and colour with minimal presentation. Located on the 3rd floor of Devonshire House within this luxury hotel, the bar accommodates up to 100 guests and represents one of the first independent cocktail concepts within a high-end hotel setting, crafted by a team led by general manager Liam Broom.
