The Mediterranean-inspired deli menu emphasizes shared, sampled dishes paired with specialty drinks featuring bitter amaros and mistelles—French sweet aperitif spirits. Operating 4 pm to midnight Monday to Saturday, Soultrap offers cosy ambiance complemented occasionally by live music or comedy performances.
