This interactive entertainment approach complements sophisticated mixology overseen by head bartender Fabian, a Swiss expert. The signature cocktail menu features creations like Tropical Swiss (vodka with passion fruit and coconut), an espresso martini with salted caramel, and signature drinks incorporating the house-made basilicum-infused vodka B.1020. The bar emphasizes fresh, regional ingredients and operates Thursday-Saturday from 6 PM to 2 AM, with private events available Sunday-Wednesday upon request.
