Starlite

Starlite is a mid-century inspired steakhouse and cocktail bar at 3175 India St, acclaimed for moody geometric décor and a cathedral-like cave ceiling with Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architectural details. Originally designed in 2006, the venue debuted the Starlite Mule in 2007, becoming one of Southern California's first bars to resurrect the Moscow Mule cocktail. The bar menu features hearty steaks, quality bar snacks and seasonal dishes alongside an excellent craft cocktail and spirits program. Open Monday-Wednesday 5 pm-1 am and Thursday-Friday 5 pm-2 am with 21+ age requirement at all times, Starlite remains a favorite local hangout for pre and post-show drinks and elevated comfort food.
