Strongwater Food and Spirits

Strongwater Food & Spirits is a bar and eatery housed in a 1910 warehouse in East Franklinton, presenting an eclectic menu of small plates and entrees alongside a dynamic bar featuring rotating craft drafts and house-made spirit infusions. The historic building originally served as a porcelain manufacturing facility, and Strongwater's bar opened in November 2013 with the kitchen following in January 2014. Beyond dining, the venue operates a 3,500 square-foot event space featuring original sawtooth windows, an enclosed courtyard, and access to in-house catering. The combination of creative cocktails, innovative cuisine, and distinctive historic setting makes Strongwater a multifunctional destination for dining and celebration.
