Summer Experiment

Summer Experiment, located at Second Floor, 77-79 Lý Tự Trọng in Ho Chi Minh City's District 1, opened in late 2019 and champions sustainable mixology and locally sourced ingredients. Created by Australian mixologist Jay Moir, the bar features an on-site garden and living walls that provide fresh botanicals for the over 30 nature-inspired cocktails on the menu. The interior showcases reclaimed furniture and minimalist design, with a lush garden terrace creating an eco-conscious and intimate setting. Summer Experiment's focus on seasonal ingredients and sustainability reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility within the cocktail bar scene.
