The Cobbler is an in-house cocktail bar at 1898 The Post in Ghent featuring a speakeasy atmosphere and signature cocktails reimagined through contemporary techniques. Staff trained by Ruben Patoor focus on quality ingredients and artisanal preparation, offering a diverse menu including classic cocktails, aperitifs, dessert drinks, warm beverages, and mocktails alongside wine and refined appetizers. Walk-ins are welcome, with reservations available Sunday through Thursday, and an outdoor terrace extends the experience during summer months overlooking Ghent's vibrant atmosphere.
