The Pearl Club is an elegant cocktail lounge in Chicago's River West neighborhood that blends the old-world charm of London's classic cocktail scene with modern Chicago sophistication. Co-founded by hospitality veterans Rob Katz and Matt Katz, the bar opened in 2023 within a thoughtfully redesigned historic space, preserving and restoring the original wood bar while creating a sophisticated yet cozy interior with rich wood tones and plush velvet. The bar features a curated cocktail menu crafted by Paolo Acuna and complementary small bites overseen by Chef Isaac Blinn, operating Tuesday through Sunday with extended hours on weekends.
