The Timber House

The Timber House at Park Hyatt Seoul is a premium vinyl record bar and restaurant inspired by traditional Korean Hanok architecture, featuring beautiful wooden panels, low ceilings, and intricate lattice designs. The space divides into three thematic sections: a Sushi/Sake/Soju Bar with fresh sashimi and boutique Japanese and Korean spirits; a Cocktail Bar with signature creations by award-winning bartenders; and a Whisky Bar offering rare selections and vintage champagnes. From Monday through Saturday, guests enjoy DJ performances showcasing vinyl records while savoring sushi omakase, izakaya-style ramen, and Japanese yakimono dishes in an atmosphere blending sophisticated modernity with Korean cultural heritage.
