The Union Trading Company is a four-time consecutive honoree on Asia's 50 Best Bars and a pioneering force in Shanghai's craft cocktail scene since its July 2014 opening in the French Concession. Founded by Yao Lu and co-operated with chef Austin Hu, the two-story American-style bar emphasizes authenticity, quality service, and modern craft cocktails.
