Located beneath Heritage Court at 207 N Gilbert Rd, entry requires a monthly password obtained through their newsletter signup, adding to the authentic speakeasy experience. The bar features live music on Wednesdays and operates Monday through Thursday 5 pm to 11 pm and Friday-Saturday 5 pm to midnight. Drawing inspiration from 1920s apothecary culture, The White Rabbit serves prohibition-style cocktails and small bites in an intimate setting celebrating Gilbert's hidden drinking history.
