The Willaston Bar at Silo Hotel

The Willaston Bar sits on the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel at the V&A Waterfront, named after the first ship to export grain from the original 1920s silo complex. The bar features glittering pillowed-glass windows offering stunning vistas across Cape Town, complemented by whimsical interior ornaments, colorful contemporary African art, and an original machine head from the former grain distribution floor. The curated cocktail menu pairs with South Africa's finest wines and French Champagne in a contemporary setting. Service runs daily 11am-8:30pm with drinks, cakes, and pastries from 11am, meals from noon, and an array of bar snacks, soups, salads, sandwiches, and tapas-style small plates. Reservations are required for both lunch and dinner service.
