The intimate and lively escape features a retractable glass roof designed by Lydia Marks and specializes in signature sous vide cocktails prepared with unrelenting patience and precision, each spending no less than 135 minutes in a temperature-controlled environment. The venue also serves light fare including sliders and flatbread, making it ideal for special occasions and reservations available through OpenTable. Open Wednesday–Saturday 5:00 pm–midnight.
