Wintergarden Bar is an elegant glass-roofed cocktail lounge housed within Hotel St. George, a luxury property in a historic building dating to the 1840s adjacent to Helsinki's Old Church Park. Drawing inspiration from classical 18th and 20th-century conservatories, the venue features lush greenery and art collections within an intimate setting designed as the living room of locals and guests alike. Finland's award-winning mixologist Tuomas Hämäläinen collaborates with design icon Iittala to create signature cocktails served in specially designed vessels, including the distinctive "Learning to Fly" presented in a bird-shaped glass. With weekend DJ sets featuring modern jazz and lounge music from 6:30pm to 11:30pm, and artisan cocktails paired with Finnish sapas, Wintergarden offers a refined retreat for art and design enthusiasts.
