You & Yours Distilling Co., founded in 2015 and opened in 2017, was California's first urban destination distillery, located in San Diego's East Village at the base of the Form 15 building. The 2,300-square-foot facility operated as a full production distillery, cocktail bar, and chic event space, featuring a custom-built hybrid eau de vie still that produced craft vodka and gin onsite. The venue offered a unique experience by exclusively serving only what it made in-house, emphasizing sustainable practices and high-quality ingredients in a transparent, welcoming tasting environment. Note: The distillery announced its closure in May 2024 after seven years of operation, and is no longer actively serving guests.
