The venue features an extensive spirit collection, signature cocktails, and sophisticated ambiance suited for upscale dining. Seasonal offerings include limited-edition experiences, such as Japanese-inspired cocktails and live violin performances on Fridays overlooking Darling Harbour. Operating Tuesday–Thursday 3pm–10pm, Friday–Saturday 3pm–midnight, and Sunday 2pm–10pm (closed Mondays), reservations are available through their booking system.
